Term 1 Reflection

I was new this year at Carey. I have made a lot of new friends. Everyone is so kind and caring. Everything was so different and new to me. I was never and exited about starting at Carey. But l settled in well and learnt lots.

What l have learnt

I learnt heaps of new things. But l think the most important thing was learning the latest. It is a quick and easy way to do addition, multiplication, division and subtraction. You just need to know the basics.That makes it a lot easer. Mathletics also helped me learn lots of new things. We started at the end of term to learn about the year 5 market.  I sounded really cool and exciting. We learn a little bit about marketing and enterprise at the end of term.

What was new

All the new students and staff were new to me. But one exciting thing that was new was book chat. I think book chat is a good way for you to understand a book. You get to hear other peoples opinions about the book. You can share your amazing thoughts about the book.
